I offer Free Delivery on orders over 100 Euro within Rep. of Ireland.

I am currently offering shipping to European Union, UK and USA.

All products are shipped by An Post via standard or registered post.

All purchases will be shipped within 1 week from receipt of order. Please bear in mind that custome orders/made to order products may take longer to complate.

Postage is calculated at Checkout. If you wish to know the cost of postage, simply add the product(s) you like to your basket and go to checkout.

Your order will be prepared and sent on postage days. Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with the details.

Customs Charges

In the event that items shipped outside of Ireland incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Return and Refund

Items bought from my online shop can be returned within 14 days for a refund to the following address:

Refund policy lasts 14 days. No refund can be offered to you in the event that 14 days have elapsed since your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund can be rejected if:

The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts
Item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The buyer will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

Made-to-order products and custom orders are non-returnable as they have been made specifically for you.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

It is not possible to exchange items but you can return an order and purchase the item you prefer.
